To Do SLC with Kids: Toadally Cool Exhibit

• 02 August 2007

A friend tipped me off this week about a frog exhibition up at the U's Museum of Natual History and so we decided to headup there early one morning to avoid crowds. The exhibit, appropriately entitled "Toadally Cool" was just that to my kids. How fun to see so many different types of frogs in one place!

My favorite part of the visit was the retro photograph machine in the Dinosaur Dig area of the museum. I cannot remember the last time I encountered one of these in working condition. It felt so old-fashioned. I loved it.

Click here to read more about the exhibition...leaving town in about a month fyi.

Note: Free parking outside the museum--just make sure you run in and grab a pass before you get nailed with a ticket.
