Itty Bitty House

When Paris starred in "The Simple Life", she had NO idea what simple was. This is simple. It kind of reminds me of the little house grandpa lived in on the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, only bigger if you can imagine :)

While not practical for our family of five, a lovely idea for a guest home or a weekend retreat...in your backyard. Since it's on wheels, why not hitch it to the back of the minivan and take it camping? I guess it could work for our family, if a few people slept outside in a tent...ummm, that would be you honey! The DWR Airstream is retro but this is quaint. Hmmm...

If I were a poet, a writer, a park ranger or an environmentalist watchdog, I'd have one of these built, driven to a beautiful grove of trees and parked. What a simple, unmaterialistic way to live. I can imagine great satisfaction coming from such a life.
