a Cooking Vacation

This is my kind of vacation:

* remote Greek Island
* cooking classes with local ingredients
* ancient history & architecture
* beach

Wow, does it get any better? I'd love to attend this session from Epiculinary with the Husband for our ten-year anniversary next year. It sounds like a bonified good time.

This is off topic but I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic lemon curd recipe! I made some to go with Barefoot Contessa's Lemon Cakes for tomorrow's Easter feast and just had a taste...YUM! I'm still having a hard time believing that I actually made lemon curd!! Thank you so much!

I have always wanted to take one of those vacations! There were a couple in France that involved biking through countrysides and making dinner with fancy chefs....
