I love the way these towels are organized. It's a simple storage solution, yet it's visually appealing as well. I decided to give my own version a try in my guest bathroom, as we intentionally created an open plumbing issue to deal with...I just love the openness and spareness of it all.
After viewing the seemingly obvious sources (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Target, etc.), I actually spotted the perfect storage basket at Joann Fabrics. I bet Home Goods would've been a good choice too.

I love this idea. So much easier (and prettier!) than folding towels into a neat and perfect stack... :)

ReplyDeleteamen! I visualized something similar in our guest bath when we completed our basement, but my contractor talked me out of it. Why did I listen to him?

That's so funny you just posted that there!! I had a random basket after cleaning out the storage room (I'll post about that later!) and then I saw a perfect opportunity to put beach towels in it, rolled up like that for the backyard! Now I have no one running through the house wet looking for a towel!
ReplyDeleteKelly and I were just in Tofino B.C. last week visiting Sean and in our beach house room they had the exact same thing under the bathroom sink/counter. Brown basket and white towels. I thought is was a great idea too. So simple!
