I am starting to flip through a few of the French magazines I brought back and I found this gorgeous page. Sometimes all it takes to get revved up for the day is viewing a happy image like this. It makes me want to get my craft on or something...even if I'm not dying my own fabric!

gorgeous! i love that magazine - always inspiring. btw, do you know about this shop/book series? http://www.ladroguerie.com/ seems like you'd enjoy. their ideas can be really fun.
ReplyDeleteLove the colours, and a picture like that does wonders for my creative side.
ReplyDeletea little glimmer: I've heard of that store in Paris but didn't know they had an online series or that they had shops outside of Paris! I would've visited their stores in the South had I known. Darn! Something to look forward to next time. I'm curious if all the stores have the same feel. I've heard interesting things about the La Droguerie in Paris. Have you ever been?
ReplyDeleteHi! Yes, the stores are great, but now that you ask, I can't remember exactly which I've been to. I may have been in both Lyon and Paris, but it has been a while, so I'm not sure (nor do I remember much about how different they were - I guess this means I'm due for a trip back!). I do remember they were fun stops, though, if only to ooh and aah. :) Really love your blog, by the way!
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing! my heart did a little flutter when i saw the image. so inspirational
ReplyDeleteSo darn pretty and inspiring...
ReplyDelete...and pretty much anything rainbow gets me super excited
ReplyDeleteI loved seeing this page because I have been looking for a way to get a large amount of brightly colors fabrics squares for some of our residents with Alzheimers who loved making things with fabric, dying my own fabrics will be the fastest and cheapest route to go!
