We're plowing through our menu this week...it feels good to be eating well with low stress come 4 o'clock. Menu planning rocks.
Golden Winter Soup - enjoyed the soup a lot, but I confess I still prefer this version...love that sage.
Virginia Light Rolls - the best way to use that bread machine of yours.
Mixed Green Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette (these are excellent too) - simple, tasty, and not too heavy
Dessert: Lemon Pudding Cakes - if you love lemon...
Dijon Vinaigrette:
1 part Dijon
1 part Red Wine or Apple Cider vinegar
3 parts olive or walnut oil
Make as much or as little as you like!
