I am very much warming up to purple accents, which at one point I wouldn't even consider. This Parisian living room featured in Elle Decor a few months ago was the turning point for me. What a vibrant yet tasteful space! I'd love to hear about your favorite ways to accent with color (if you have an image...send me a link!). I know you have some good ideas up your sleeve.

So funny you mentioned purple because I have never liked it & suddenly find it turning my head again & again. I still don't have any in my home, but it could happen.

I love to wear purple, but would never consider it for the home. You're right though....this is so tasteful without being a "purple" room. I love it. And love to decorate with most colors....except purple.

Gorgeous images Leslie. That last one is a real keeper in particular. You've done such a nice job hanging those plates in a unique fashion. So impressed!
ReplyDeletePurple is my 5 year old boy's favorite color. He is always asking if we can paint the house purple. I haven't quite warmed up to the color yet, but I surprisingly like it in that image as accents.
