Project Wedding
• 06 September 2010
It's wonderful to have a wedding-related sponsor on board, especially one as fabulous as Project Wedding. I've been glued to all their little projects and ideas for quite some time now--those by Chelsea and Jordan being amongst my favorites. And the best thing about Project Wedding is that you don't need to be getting married to enjoy the site. Their ideas could easily be used for a wedding shower, baby shower, birthday party, or even a dinner party with a few friends.
My favorite sections of the site include:
Favors - who needs a wedding to create darling favors? I'm thinking Christmas presents or birthday party favors.
Budget Ideas - saving money? yes, please.
DIY - lots of treasures in this section; a lovely reminder that creating beautiful things yourself is more fun and less expensive than hiring out.
And looking for some comedic relief on your wedding day? There is a hilarious community article on PW about going to the bathroom while donning your wedding gown :) Hilarious...but quite practical!

Thanks for the pointer to your new sponsor.. I need this site as I am planning my own wedding for next year :)
ReplyDeleteLove this! I had to plan a wedding once in 4 days for a friend coming to visit from Europe. I never did this before, and imagine to plan everything within this short period of time! But it turned out wonderful, even managed to get them married at the beach! http://dieroesslerfamily.blogspot.com/2009/09/katinka-danny-heiraten-in-malibu.html
ReplyDeleteThanks, Stephanie!

ReplyDeleteNot in the wedding market right now, but on the edge of my seat (actually I'm lying in bed typing this) waiting for an update on "our" baby's name? Any news?
