French Summertime Snack

When you spot beautiful, very reasonably-priced radishes at farmer's markets, do you ever think, "wow, those are gorgeous, but what in the world would I do with radishes"? Yes? Well, I've thought the same thing myself!
In France they use radishes quite often and I'm sharing my favorite French summertime snack today over at the Cafe Zupas blog. Enjoy!
