  7. Genius! How beautiful these are. Way to class up something I already adores. Yes I've been known to roast marshmallows over the stove burners for S'mores.

  8. I can't believe I hadn't thought of this idea before. Perfection! You don't have to worry about the chocolate falling off and the cookies are pretty sturdy.

  13. I would MUCH rather have my smores that way than with crumbly graham crackers, which break the moment you try to bite them.

  16. Oh my GOODNESS!! I LOVE THESE COOKIES! And never in a million years would I have thought to make s'mores with them! Brilliant. And yes, I agree with Starr, I love Donna Hay's food styling and this looks just as good if not better!

  17. Yes, YES! And after our tin foil s'more experiment here is my opinion: you roast the marshmallow lightly first then put the s'more in tin foil for the final melting. Tres Bon!

  18. great idea! no graham crackers in new zealand...so I've been brainstorming our options when camping comes around next summer. I went one WHOLE summer last year without smores...how sad! peace, jennifer
