Serveral years ago I discovered the beautiful, modern quilts of Denyse Schmidt and since then have not only remained a loyal fan of all her lines, but to others that create a fresh contemporary look in their own quilt designs. Since the chilly, dark, and rainy weather seems to have settled in up here in the PNW, I cannot help but to think of cozying up with one of these cheery favorites:

i've always loved her fresh takes on quilting! i'm going to try and tackle a mini sized quilt inspired by her for christmas.

ReplyDeleteI really like the one with the thick lines. Geometrical forms are seen too rarely in quilts.
