Today I'd like to introduce you to my new favorite chocolate dessert--rick, dark chocolate cupcakes topped with whipped chocolate ganache and French gray sea salt (seriously my favorite pantry item). It's a slightly more sophisticated cupcake that is likely to be more appreciated by grownups than children; although mine certainly didn't turn them down :) So, if you're feeling a bit decadent today, I'm sharing the how-to over at Cafe Zupas.
