As many of you know, we recently moved to another home within the same neighborhood here in Seattle. Shortly after our move, Design*Sponge contacted me about featuring my space on their blog, which of course was an honor. However, I was still unpacking boxes and figuring out where to hang art and place furniture at our new place (in fact, I still am...help!). Thankfully, I already snapped a handful of images of our previous space to have on hand for a possible real life home tour. But since D*S was kind enough to feature some of the 'before + after' shots of La Maisonnette a few years ago, I thought it would be fun to continue the tradition over there.
If you're interested in taking a peek, you can view our old pad on Design*Sponge. Thank you!

The simplicity of the room makes it more comfortable to look at. I love it. I love the colors white and red in bed. I love, love, love everything! :D
ReplyDeleteFriends, you are the best. Thank you for saying nice things! It's a little nerve wracking to put your space out there like this, so your kind words are much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteAndrea, are you referring to the note I wrote about my family?
I just saw your place on Design Sponge and love it! Just moved to Queen Anne from small town Norway and appreciate the little Scandinavian touches. I especially love your chairs and that you found a beige wall color that looks good!

ReplyDeleteLauren, these are images I snapped of my old place just before we moved. You give me too much credit! Still getting settled in the new place and am definitely not close to being "finished" like I felt here. It's a work in progress...:)
ReplyDeleteSo nice to get a sneak peek into your previous home. New homes are challenging but I find it fun to put things together in a new way. Lovely!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice to see it on Design Sponge. Of course it looked even better in person. Bravo.
