Pie-Shaped Packages No.2

• 08 September 2010

Last year I created a few pie-shaped packages for friends, except I didn't put a piece of pie inside...rather a wedge of rich, chocolate cake. No one seemed to mind :) However, this time around I opted for the real deal...a homemade piece of pie. I chose a berry-toned paper as a taste of Triple Berry Pie awaited devouring.

  6. Was this before baby came? If you have already gotten back to delivering treats to your neighbors post baby, then you are superwoman! Not to mention how much I wish I were your neighbor!!!
    Cute idea btw

  8. What a fun idea! I love the packaging. The bamboo forks and twine are just like the ones I used for a picnic we had at the end of july, only ours were sporks, not forks. Here's a link: http://luluthebaker.blogspot.com/2010/08/end-of-summer-salads.html

  10. I bought the forks in France...had them for sale in my etsy shop for awhile (till they sold out). They are super fun and the next time I'm lucky enough to head over, I'll pick some more up hopefully :)

And no Nicole, I am not baking or delivering anything for some time it appears. I made these just before I had the baby! These days I just lie around and rest...between taking care of a newborn of course :)

Thanks for all the sweet comments!
